Conference Objectives

Integrated Care: This will allow participants from the Global South to learn and understand how Integrated Care Model is applied in the Global North to achieve maximum Results continuity of care from all care providers.
Interdisciplinary Insight: Foster collaboration between healthcare and social work professionals, enhancing the understanding of Integrated care as a multidimensional construct of Healthcare and Social work.
Promoting Health Equity: Delve into the socio-economic and cultural factors impacting health disparities and discuss strategies for achieving health equity from Global North and South with focus on Health in a social perspective.
Innovations in Care: Showcase cutting-edge research and practices that bridge the gap between healthcare and social work, leading to improved patient, community outcomes.
Policy Development: Generate discussions around policies and interventions that address the social determinants of health and promote well-being on a global scale. This shall look at the Policy frameworks in the Global North which have prompted development in the sectors.
