About

Alexandra, MSc., graduated from University of Guelph-Humber with BSc. Kinesiology and Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in 2014 and from Western University with MSc. Health and Aging in 2019. Alexandra is currently a PhD candidate at Queen’s University in the Aging and Health program, where her dissertation focuses on the perspectives of assistive technology by persons aging with MS and their healthcare providers.
Alexandra is currently employed with Niagara College (NC) managing various research projects between the Community Health Studies faculty and Research & Innovation division. Her longest-standing project, funded by NSERC-CCSIF, facilitates footcare assessments, provided by NC’s own healthcare students, to unhoused clients in the Niagara Region accessing community shelters.
